Nature of the Service
Readings with Jon Crawley are offered for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. No specific outcome, connection, or message can be guaranteed. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For those concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session.
Booking & Payment
Sessions are reserved when you complete booking and any required payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your secure, private video link and details for joining at your scheduled time.
Rescheduling
Life happens. You may reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible, so your reserved time can be offered to someone else.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a reschedule or a full refund.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund, as the time was reserved for you.
- If you have any concerns before booking, please reach out and our team will be happy to help.
During Your Session
Please join from a quiet, private space. Sessions are conducted respectfully and at your comfort. Sessions are never recorded or shared without your consent.

Your information and anything shared during a reading are kept strictly confidential. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jon Crawley Psychic Medium is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of a reading. Readings are provided "as is" for guidance and entertainment.
