What to Expect in a Medium Reading, and How to Prepare

If this is your first psychic or medium reading, here is exactly what happens, with no pressure and nothing to get right. I'll walk you through what to expect, step by step, and how to prepare so you get the most out of our time together.

Before you book

First, figure out which reading fits what you need. If you want deep, unhurried time for connection and guidance, the One Hour Reading by phone is the most booked option. If you just need a quick answer, a 30-minute Mini Reading does that. If you'd rather have something in writing you can return to, the Love & Career email reading works well. Readings happen by phone, Zoom, or email, depending on which session you choose. Phone is used for the One Hour and Mini readings, Zoom for group and gift readings, and email for the written Love & Career reading.

How to prepare

You don't need to do much. A few simple things make the time together go smoother:

1. Find a quiet, private space. Somewhere you won't be interrupted for the length of the session.
2. Charge your phone, or test Zoom. Make sure your phone has good signal and battery, or that your camera and mic work if we're meeting on Zoom.
3. Write down a few questions. This is optional, but if something specific is on your mind, jotting it down helps.
4. Come with an open mind, not a belief requirement. There's no pressure to believe anything going in. I'll share what I receive, and you decide what resonates.
5. Don't feed me information. Try not to give details as we go - just say yes or no when something lands. That keeps the evidence honest.
6. Have tissues and water nearby. Readings can bring up real emotion, especially around loved ones who have passed.
7. Know the recording rule. Recording is only okay with my consent, arranged before we start. Otherwise your session stays private and is never recorded or shared without your consent.

What happens during the reading

Every reading follows the same calm, simple process:

2. Join from home

We meet online, so you can join from somewhere private and comfortable - no travel, no waiting room.

3. Receive guidance

I tune into consciousness and share the pictures, images, and feelings that come through, just as I receive them. I'm not performing a script - I'm describing what's actually there.

4. Ask questions

Ask me about your life, your direction, your relationships, or the loved ones on your heart. This is your time too.

5. Leave with clarity

My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, understood, and at peace.

What comes through varies by person, but in a full session you can expect names and descriptions of loved ones who have passed, a description of your current life situation, and outcome predictions where they're there to be given.
